In compliance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store guidelines, Sahtaen grants all users the absolute right to delete their accounts and data permanently:
You can delete your account instantly and automatically from inside the application by navigating to (My Profile -> Delete Account Permanently).
Upon confirmation, the server will immediately and physically delete your account, uploaded profile avatar, saved addresses, and personal details permanently from our databases.
If the app is inaccessible, you can request deletion through our public web portal, and our system administrators will process and delete your data within 24 business hours.
